Access to and use of the si6s platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
si6s employs a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Before a User's first withdrawal can be processed, si6s requires the submission of satisfactory identity documentation to verify age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority. si6s reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account and withhold funds pending successful verification. Providing false documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
If si6s has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any funds deposited during the period of suspected underage use will be forfeited.
Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the si6s platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. si6s reserves the right, upon detection of duplicate accounts, to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances contained therein, and permanently ban the User from the platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. si6s is not liable for any losses or consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Your account must be registered in your own true name. Accounts registered using false identities, aliases, or the identities of third parties will be terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. si6s will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed authorised by you unless you notify si6s support immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. si6s recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password for your si6s account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, si6s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if si6s has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
si6s provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. si6s does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
si6s's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 10,000, whichever is lower.
Your use of the si6s platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how si6s collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data, and outlines your rights in relation to that data. By using the si6s platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
si6s reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect upon the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction of si6s's licensing authority. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the si6s platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent si6s from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
Users in Pakistan are advised that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the si6s platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. si6s does not represent or warrant that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions. Participation is at the User's own risk and discretion.
